Health Coverage for People Who Work for Themselves

Self-employed, 1099, or no coverage through work? You still deserve real health benefits.

Group-style benefits, built for individuals

Through our partner program, you can get access to group health plans that individuals usually can't buy on their own. You take part by completing short monthly health and consumer surveys, and you're paid for each one.

Plans that fit your needs and budget

  • PPO and EPO plans with nationwide networks

  • Lower-cost options for everyday care

  • Predictable monthly costs based on your age and who you cover

  • Virtual primary and urgent care, plus prescription savings

Simple to get started

1. Talk with a Keywell advisor to see if you qualify.

2. Pick the plan that fits.

3. Apply by the 18th, and your coverage can start on the 1st of next month.

Who it's for

Freelancers, gig workers, small business owners, and employees without employer coverage. Available in most states (see below).

Some plan options are limited benefit plans and aren't major medical insurance. Eligibility, availability, and benefits vary by state and plan. Your advisor will review the details with you. Currently not available in CA, CT, HI, MD, MN, MS, NH, OR, PA, VT, WA, or WI. State availability is subject to change.
